Participants of the session commended the services rendered by H.E. Piotr Opalinski Ambassador of Poland to Pakistan in high esteem for strengthening Pak-Poland bilateral relations. In the leadership of H.E. Piotr Opalinski, there have been strong academic and research cooperation between Embassy of Poland Islamabad and MUSLIM Institute. H.E. Piotr Opalinski always extended his maximum support in the field of academic cooperation especially to bring the academic institutions of both countries closer. H.E. participated in various programs organized by MULSIM Institute especially in the events about philosopher and poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal and Pakistan-Poland relations. H.E. Piotr Opalinski remained a vibrant diplomat to explore any vista of cooperation between Poland and Pakistan. Under his leadership, scholars from Poland have participated in various events organized by MUSLIM Institute which includes Allama Muhammad Iqbal Conference, Two Days International Conference Mevlana Rumi & Hadrat Sultan Bahoo: Preachers of Human Friendship, Peace, Tolerance and Coexistence in the World and Seminar on Pakistan Poland Relations: Pursuing a Collaborative Future. Moreover, MUSLIM Institute has signed MOU with Jagiellonian University Cracow, Poland to enhance academic cooperation. A delegation from MUSLIM Institute also visited Poland to foster academic cooperation and people-to-people relations.

This farewell was the token of the historic relationship between Pakistan and Poland and these relations will continue to thrive and will explore new avenues of cooperation.
