MUSLIM Institute has launched its worldwide campaign to raise awareness about hate against Islam as well as to bring the comity of nations together to play their constructive role in countering Islamophobia. The Institute holds the honour to actively conduct different activities to combat Islamophobia by bringing together Muslim and non-Muslim scholars to give their intellectual input on the issue of Islamophobia. In continuity of its efforts, MUSLIM Institute organized a Human Model of thousands of people forming “UN Thank You” shape to respect the resolution unanimously adopted by the United Nations General Assembly proclaiming 15 March as International Day to combat Islamophobia. The event was held at the Shrine of Hadrat Sultan Bahoo Jhang, Pakistan. In addition to human model, flags of fifty seven Muslim Countries were also displayed around the logo of the UN human model. The participants wore white dresses and chanted slogans “UN Thank You” and “Islam is Peace”. The event was held under the patronage of the Founding Father of MUSLIM Institute Hadrat Sultan Muhammad Ali. Chairman MUSLIM Institute and Dewan of Junagadh State Sahibzada Sultan Ahmed Ali also addressed on the occasion. A large number of people from media, civil society, and different walks of life participated in the event.
